In your opinions, what's the single most disgusting film scene ever created?

The infamous "lawnmower" scene in Dead Alive was pretty over the top. I should be able to name many more but ehhhh....good topic though!

I first saw that film at a midnight screening in london ontario. I joined ost of the crowd laughing out loud at that scene. Good memories.

Divine eating dog poo has to be amongst the grossest. Probably The Human Centipede as that concept seems truly gross.

The scene in Summer School in which the class tries to gross out Mr. Shoop's replacement.

I didn't mind human centipede that much, apparently the sequal is a lot worse.

The last 20 or so minutes of "A Serbian Film" goes about as far as I have ever seen a movie go in terms of all out depravity. The excellent quality of the film really adds to the disgust.

Human Centipede 2 has p**sing blood, s**t in mouth, and even kills a baby! Pretty gross but kind of a dud of a film.

Any Cannibal ____ movie that features real animals being killed is pretty gross to me.

High Tension has some truly effective gore especially in the first thirty or so minutes.

I haven't watched it but from what I've heard described I would say "Salo, 120 days of sodom" might beat out all these choices.

The PINK FLAMINGOS scene is still the grossest, because it's not faked.

Maybe not the most disturbing scene (even in PF, the chicken scene was worse), but definitely the grossest---for my money it will always be the most nauseating and disgusting scene outside of fetish porn.

Definately agree there, Fulci. It's such a well made film in all regards that the subject matter really hits you twice as hard. I think if it was given the August Underground pseudo-snuff treatment it wouldn't have the same impact. I was thinking of naming the "baby scene", but I don't really think it's gross as it is disturbing and messed up.
Edit: most of Lamberto Bava's Demons is pretty gross-gross, if you know what I'm sayin'.

Salo didn't really phase me either, neither did Cannibal Ferox. Maybe I'm un-phaseable. Pink Flamingos is officially on the list now though after years of consideration.

Oh there's too many to list.  Rape/revenge films and torture porn would feature heavily...

Divine and dog poo is one thing, but the above kind of gets to me in a much more 'disturbing' way.  Certainly in terms of gross out factor rather than 'disturbing' the Divine scene is high on the list/topping it off hand.

One that won't make a proper list, but was pretty funny in a horrifying/disgusting way is the end scene of Killer Joe.  I won't mention what happens other than to say it was an interesting use of a chicken drumstick...

If I remember correctly, there is a scene in House 4 where an evil little business man with a puking problem, pukes into a tube that drains into a glass and makes another bad guy drink it.  I don't know if they actually show it all because I always close my eyes during this part.

Ain't no poop eatin' but it's still pretty gross.
