Granted! They're now making "Lost: The Movie".
It isn't directed by J.J. Abrams, doesn't include the original cast, contradicts most plot points in the original TV series, takes place on a different island, has different characters, lacks plot depth, critic pre-screening warrant scathing reviews ranking below 3% on Rotten Tomatoes and even less post-release from the audience and fans of the original show refer to it as the ultimate betrayal.

Granted!  It was so good they brought it back for an even better 5th season.  The writers were sure they were going to get a 6th, so they ended the season on a cliff-hanger.  Unfortunately their production company had a bad year overall; it couldn't afford all the FX work, so the show was canceled anyways.

I wish Irwin Allen's shows weren't canceled prematurely.
