Yeah, Russell. I stumbled upon it in the vhs rental days and rented it blindly. BIG mistake. I :hatred:  :hatred: :hatred: :hatred: this movie.
Me too; back when 7-11 rented out movies (remember that?) I rented SCREAM and Jason Lives: F13th Pt VI with my aunt.  We hated SCREAM, but thoroughly enjoyed F13th 6.  I still think it's the best of the series.

I've got to throw SCREAM (1981) out there.  At least, if you were to make a list of the worst SLASHERS of all time, this has to be at the top of the list.  But I'd say one of the worst ALL TIME movies.

I'm obsessed with Scream (1981)  :bouncegiggle:

It came out of nowhere, turned my world upside down, and refuses to leave. There's no doubt that Scream is utterly bad, but for some strange reason I find it to be fascinating. We have been discussing and (over) analyzing Scream at another message board for years, and came to the conclusion that there lies rhyme and reason within this hot mess of an oddball slasher. Someone compared it and saw patterns to David Lynch's style of film making, which gave us even more food for thought: intentional incoherence to throw the viewer off or simply the result of inept no-budget film making? It's all in good fun, and over the years Scream has become some sort of "favorite" companion of mine I neither really love or hate. It's just there and here to stay I'm afraid

I made it about 20 minutes into Scream.  I thought the main female character and Neve Campbell's character were absolutely detestable.

I've tried to watch Hard Rock Zombies at least five times. I've never made it all the way through.

It has been years since I have seen it, but from what I remember, I really liked Shocker.

And I think Grease 2 is Hilariously bad

I can't make it thru this one...ever. Not even Valerie Perrine's boobs help.

SINGLE ROOM FURNISHED (1964) is the worst movie I have ever seen.

AAGH!

Yeah, that one was painful.  Jayne was a good comedic actress, drama not so much.

I got about 10 minutes into ROBO VAMPIRE...

Worst movie I've sat all the way through though, has to be this smarmy, patronizing, self-congratulatory nightmare:

Through the darkness of future past
The magician longs to see
One chance opts between two worlds
Fire walk with me

this one was amazingly awful....

....anyone else see it?

I assume you mean Wes Craven's Scream (1996) and not the supernatural western town slasher Scream (1981) we've been talking about here?

^ Oh never mind I'm just confused as usual.

VenomX73

I Am Legend (2007) Will Smith

Horrible CGI. If you want to see better watch - The Last Man on Earth (1964) Vincent Price.

Fire with Fire (2012)

This movie was awful! ... it should take the crown in my topic about 'people doing dumb things in movies'
- but damn there are way too many things to list.
