Showing eyeless people saying silly things isn't scary in my book, and neither are sudden loud noises.

Miller: "OMG: What happened to your eyes?'
Weir: "Where we're going, we won't need eyes to see."
Trevor: "Yup, we just bump into sh*t like everyone else."

Event Horizon (1997) isn't scary or underrated. It's actually pretty bad.

I thought it was super scary!!  But I think I was sitting too close to the TV when I watched it.  And 2 of the scariest things to me are space and demons. Sam Neil's face frightens me whenever I see it now.  I didn't like the movie either.  People with no eyes saying silly things IN SPACE scares me.  I'm cool with it if it's in the basement or the attic or something, I can totally take that on.

I have an '82 Honda NU50 Urban Express, & thinking about replacing the clutch. What would be the advantages & disadvantages of using tight clutch springs vs weaker springs?

One of my students made this comment in my world geography class this week:

"You know, one thing I have learned in here is that Europeans think a hundred miles is a long distance, and Americans think a hundred years is a long time."

At least I taught him something!

It is indeed Vincent Cassel - that still is from the scary French film THE CRIMSON RIVERS.

I once posted a response to a "what video game are you playing?" topic on some other site.  For like five years now I've been getting emails to alert me every time there's a new post in that topic, even though that was the only time I ever visited that site.

I only notice because I recently switched email programs so now I've got to teach it what spam is all over again.
