What do you mean it was never officially released? Is this like a band's forgotten demo song? Is it a finished movie? How much post-production was completed before it wasn't released?

It's finished, but it never was shown in theaters or was released on video.
It's only available on bootlegs, because it's a movie they had to do so they wouldn't lose the rights to F4.
