Not trying to be a drama queen, but it will sound like it.

I'm in a really deep, deep, dark hole with now idea which way is up. So many factors causing this. I don't want a hero. I just need a voice of reasoning to give me a sense of direction so I can climb out of this pit. I don't like the person I have become in here.

Not sure if my meds are making things worse or better.

I'm not certain how you are feeling, Java. If it's one of those times when it seems like the problem is too big, or what you want to change is an impossibly huge task, I always suggest picking a small part and working on that.

Even just spending 10 minutes a day on the problem is progress. If you have to dig a hole, but only have a spoon - then it might take a while, but it will get done. If you never start, you will never finish.

Not gonna give in, but getting older makes it harder to muster up the energy.
