One of my faves:
HUMANOIDS FROM THE DEEP (1980)
A gal on the beach gets nude for her ventriloquist boyfriend in a tent.  Oh man.. great body!  And her boyfriend doesn't get to fully appreciate it as a humanoid rips him open.  She runs out of the tent in full view (oh, yeah!), and get raped (oh, yuck) by the humanoid.
What are your examples of great nude scenes in horror flicks?

The fairly bad MY BLOODY VALENTINE remake had a nice birthday suit scene with a gal walking out of a hotel into the parking lot to go after her trucker boyfriend!

Not a horror film, but I was watching Danny Boyle's Trance (2013) yesterday, and lets say that Rosario Dawson has a interesting nude scene with the focus on one specific "body part".
I said 'interesting' because the way "it" was presented (though important for the plot) was a minor jaw dropper (not trying to spoil things).
