it depends on the person and the piercing jewel itself. a simple nose piercing with a simple jewel is alright; a bull nose ring isnt. A simple loop around the corner of a lip is alright, not a vampire style fangs at both ends. eye brows is the same, simple is alright whereas too many is too much.
