On Monday I had a guy come in for his vaccine who listed Methodone as one of the (many) medications he was currently on. "I guess I don't need to ask this guy if he has a fear of needles then" was the thought that ran through my mind.

When I was in elementary school I played this game with this boy where we rubbed the backs of our hands with a pencil eraser til either one of us stopped or recess ended. When time ran out he and I both had these rug burn-like marks on the backs of our hands that scabbed over and stayed painful for probably a week. When I went home that first day I told my mom I thought I had a partial stigmata. Didn't work; I still got in trouble for doing that.
