Yes, Grover Cleveland served non-consecutive terms, making him the 21st and 23rd President.

I am not sure on the VP question - some Presidents had more than one (Jefferson and FDR, I know for sure), a few had none (Tyler, Fillmore, and Andrew Johnson, plus a couple others).
I'm gonna guess . . . 49?

The filming of The Wild Geese was permitted if (and only if) the apartheid government allowed the filming to happen without any stupid apartheid laws on set: the government agreed to this and for three months in this country, there was no apartheid, at least on that film set.
