I had a left over for breakfast. A hamburger. I don't eat lunch a lot.
Pot is my lunch today. Most every day. Unless my kids are over. But they aint.

I believe the kids start school next week. We tend to start early because of potential hurricanes raving the state, could be the same for Texas.

Here in Germany lunch is dinner, and dinner is lunch. Traditionally, dinner time here is between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Lunch is between 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
There's also something called "coffee" (2:00 pm - 4:00 pm). It usually involves coffee plus a sweet or savory snack or small meal.

I'm working late shift this week. My lunch at work yesterday was spicy hummus sprinkled with zaatar, oven roasted garlic tomatoes, basil tuna and green olive spread on a toasted spelt bun.

On work days I eat a very late lunch, probably around 7PM or later.  I get breakfast at a little after 11AM, so a long wait between meals.  I can hack it; I am too busy at work to stop and eat until then.  An actual dinner begins around a quarter to 1AM.
