It shattered something in me years ago to find out how so much of the book series I loved best as a child, Little House on the Prairie, and its companions, was invention. Dates were changed, places altered or omitted, family members' ages altered for convenience, and Jack the bulldog, Mr. Edwards, Nellie, and many other characters weren't real people, they were inventions.

Tonight's Stinker
The Yesterday Machine (1963)

Very, very talky.... Filmed in Dallas, I had to look that up because of all the southern accents....
After lots of hints, we find out it's a time machine built by a Nazi scientist who plans to bring back Hitler rather than change the outcome of WW2...
A few of the voices are dubbed, but synced pretty well....
One black castmate, in what's probably the most racist typecasting I've seen in years....

The Wonderful Land of Oz (1969)

Mentioned on this forum before...
An awful low budget sequel to Frank Morgan's classic....
Feminist revolt in the Emerald City, responsibilities cause things to go sideways....
Bad audio, but a few good singers....

Daimajin (1966) AKA Majin, the Monster of Terror

Supposed to be a kaiju movie, but that doesn't happen until the last ten minutes....
It starts with the murder of a samurai lord, his children escape, & then there's an hour of plotting, sneaking around, & praying to a statue...
