For those who cook, I'm interested in what you're making. With pictures if possible.

I probably average cooking a meal once a week or so.

Last night: turkey legs in gravy (not pictured: mashed potatoes, not from scratch):

Once a week or so?? What do you eat? Cold cereal and sandwiches?
Tonite I'm having steak and onions, collards, and mashed potatoes.

I made me a ground beef breakfast gravy bowl with toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. This was more of a brunch.

My gravy recipe:

1 tbsp Butter
500gr (17,6 oz) ground beef
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
500ml (2 cups) milk
a few spritzer of Maggi seasoning

Is it October yet?

I don't count just reheating stuff (leftovers, frozen pizza, pasta, store-bought soup, etc.) as cooking. I also eat out once or twice a week.

Forgot to take a picture of this when it was plated with salad and French bread. It's crab in mushroom soup with cream and sherry. The salad was really good, though (but I bought it already prepared).

I had a bowl of Capt.Crunch for dinner, so there wasn't any cooking involved.

I cooked honey ginger pork chops. I was too busy making it that I didn't take any pics of it being made.

I just made an Amish Oatmeal Bake (first time) and it was pretty good. Not sure how authentic it was, but ingredients included cinnamon apple sauce, blueberries, vanilla extract, a bit of salt, eggs, baking powder, milk, maple syrup, melted butter. Oatmeal was soaking in Greek yogurt overnight in the fridge before adding the other stuff, and then baking it.

My first time cooking homemade waffles using a waffle iron. These are Brazilian style, meaning they include parmesan cheese in the batter. Better than it sounds. I ate it with maple syrup just like a regular waffle.

Filet mignon with butter, rosemary and garlic. This was the best steak I ever cooked!
