Unpopular Movie Opinions

I can't think of one Woody Allen movie I could sit through until the end.

I've seen a few, but not all. The ones that I enjoyed the most are

Husbands and Wives (1992)
Manhattan Murder Mystery (1993)
The Purple Rose of Cairo (1985)

BANANAS and SLEEPER are the ones I'd recommend to Woody haters. But I get it. Don't know how unpopular the opinion is, lots of people hate Woody (even before the scandals).

GANGS OF NEW YORK is a terrible, boring film.

agreed x 1000... and it does seem to be hailed as a classic by many (most?)

The problem I had with the whole SCREAM thing is by the time it came out, the slasher franchise mess was just about played out. The 'masked killer' thing was old hat. It just seemed like kicking a dead horse.

well I think that's an unpopular opinion...the slasher scene had actually been fairly dormant since the late 80s and SCREAM is generally credited with revitalising the genre?

never liked the SCREAM movies myself though.

Wes Craven is the most overrated horror director ever.
