YOUR Top 2X Films of the 21st Century (or, Do you have better taste than QT?)

Tarantino did it - however questionably - so we can do it better!

(I like Tarantino as a director, as evidenced by my own list... I just think he has whack taste as a viewer/critic.)

This took me at least a month to compile.  I went with 25 films instead of QT's 20, per 25 years so far in this century, but feel free to make as long a list as you feel like.

There are no rules to this Topic - though I made a few for myself. You do what makes you happy.

I included films from the year 2000 (they certainly are part of the 1900s), which technically would make 2000-2025 twenty-six years. But there are no films from 2025 on my list anyway. (Sorry, WEAPONS.)

I also made the choice to disqualify serialized films. The biggest omission here for me is obviously TWIN PEAKS: THE RETURN - which would otherwise probably be #1 or #2 - but if I included that, I'd want to include THE GOOD PLACE, GAME OF THRONES, possibly Lindelof's excellent WATCHMEN sequel, or RUSSIAN DOLL or even more stuff that are cinema but aren't feature films. So! 

This was painful at times to make. A lot of great films I've seen are missing from this list. I am positive a whole lot of great films I haven't seen are missing from this list. But this is my list circa the end of 2025, it'll be different than a top 50 list in 2049 or 2050... and it's still cooler than Tarantino's list!
