More:

VIXEN! (1968)
-Star Erica Gavin was embarassed at how big her nude body looked on the screen that she became anorexic for a while and nearly died.
-Gavin's film debut; director Russ Meyer saw her dancing at an L.A. strip club and was impressed with her sensuality.
-Vincene Wallace (Janet) was staying at a house used for the film crew.  Meyer offered her a part in the film in exchange for sex.

SUGAR COOKIES (1973)
-Troma founder Lloyd Kaufman was a writer for this film.
-Oliver Stone was an associate producer.
-Director Theodore Gershuny wrote the part of Camila Stone specifically for Mary Woronov (who won the part).

LUCKY BASTARD (2014)
-Filmed mostly at a house where actual porn shoots took place.
-Director Robert Nathan based the film's concept on an actual porn site that invited its fans to participate in a scene.
-Actress Betsy Rue made her film debut in MY BLOODY VALENTINE 3D (2009), also featuring her in a fully nude scene.

THE LAST OF THE MOBILE HOT SHOTS (1970)
-Based on the Tennessee Williams play THE SEVEN DESCENTS OF MYRTLE.
-Gore Vidal, who hated the film, wrote the screenplay.
-One of the biggest changes from the play to the film was making the character of Jeb a straight, impotent man instead of a gay transvestite.

THE GROOVE TUBE (1974)
-This film was sort of a prototype for SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, in which Chevy Chase-- who makes multiple appearances in this film-- would become a featured player.
-Comic actors Chase and Richard Belzer made their film debuts here.
-Director Ken Shapiro, Chase, and Belzer had previously been in an experimental theater troupe called "Channel One".  Instead of actually performing they simply showed their parodies of TV they videotaped.
-Chase and Shapiro would collaborate 7 years later on MODERN PROBLEMS (1981).

A couple more entries:

ZERO IN AND SCREAM (1971)
A lonely man is sick of being rejected by women.  He takes violent revenge with a rifle.  X for sex/nudity/violence.  Filmed in the Hollywood Hills.  AKA Sex Power.

SIX WOMEN (1971)
Sexploitation Western.  6 dance hall girls in the Old West en route to prison are punished/tortured.  X for sex/nudity/violence (maybe self-applied).

I can't believe that the great Sidney Lumet made an X rated film but he did 😅😀🐢

THE ABDUCTORS (1972)

Female secret agent infiltrates female white slavery ring.  Self-applied with an X rating for sex/nudity/violence, otherwise R.  The 2nd of the 3 "Ginger" sexploitation movies starring Cheri Caffaro and directed by her husband Don Schain.  GINGER (1971) and GIRLS ARE MADE FOR LOVING (1973) are the others.

I'm getting some great help from pages on Facebook that show older movie ads, and some have softcore X titles. :)

MANNEQUIN (1974)
French erotica involving a model whose husband dies; she deals with her grief with lots of sex.  Whatever floats your boat, I guess... Self-applied rating of X for sex/nudity.  Unrelated to the 80s/90s films!

THE ZODIAC COUPLES (1970)
Dumb pseudo-doc involving human sexuality and the attempt to link it to the signs of the Zodiac.  X for sex/nudity.

TARZ AND JANE, CHEETA AND BOY (or some similar title) (1975)
Stupid comedy with Sir Edgar Rice Burroughs characters.  Tarzan's member is bitten off by a hungry croc!  He attempts to restore it somehow with the help of a mysterious, magical tribe of natives.  Self applied with an X for sex/nudity/violence.  Where do they come up with this s**t??

Quote from: retrorussell on February 18, 2024, 04:16:28 AMOASIS OF THE ZOMBIES (1982)
Really dumb zombie flick from sleazemeister Jesus/Jess Franco.  Zombified Nazi soldiers from WWII protect a cache of gold they buried in the African desert, munching on trespassers.  The blurb NO ONE UNDER 17 ADMITTED is applied to the US poster.

If I don't feel your entry meets the criteria, don't be bummed!  Try, try again!

I guess OASIS meets the criteria of the title (per the blurb on the poster) - but most of these other films contain some questionable or objectionable content. I don't think OASIS contains graphic violence or nudity/sex in any version. It's among Franco's tamest....... either due to that or coincidentally, it's also the only Franco film (to my knowledge) that Franco tried to deny ownership of!
