Broken Whistling Nose

I think this is a recent film (for all I know it could have been a tv show) and it should be easy for some to place.  I however can't place it right now.

Basically, some guy gets his nose broken and he's talking to someone.  The whole time though, his nose is whistling and its rather funny.  Anyone have a clue?

The New Guy has a scene kind of like that.  The main character breaks the school jock's nose and it whistles when he talks in a later scene.

is it the Slaton Sea.  Poo Bear had his nose cut off from to much meth and it makes a noise every time he talks or laughs, the movie also has a great jfk reenactment with pigeons
