Dean Malenko, Chris Benoit, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero debut on Raw.

I remember watching this and when they sat down in the front row, I was shocked.  I hadn't known they were out of WCW at the time...only a few short weeks to boot.  I flipped out.  I like all four of them.

These are from WWE All-Stars, the video game.  It's a thing called "Fantasy Warfare", where they build up a match between a "legend" and a "Current" WWE Superstar.  But...the video is done as if it's a promo for a PPV.

Hmm so both Chris Jericho and Mick Foley whom C.M. Punk name dropped not so long ago have returned to the WWE...could perhaps others mentioned by him (Batista, Brock Lesnar, Colt Cabana, Luke Gallows) make the their return? Would love to see all those guys show up as Rumble surprise entrants but would be most thrilled if Colt Cabana as Colt Cabana was let loose upon the WWE although I'm not sure how it might go over.

I'd love it if Cabana came in.

As for Brock, he could. I believe he has a WWE Legends deal.

I miss the 80s AWA and 80s NWA (Jim Crockett Promotions): great talking was always a huge part of the game.

Indeed, that was him.  Shame.  Much more talented than that.

I like HHH. Sometimes.

There was that stretch in like '02-'03 or so where he WAS Raw...

I miss seeing Kurt Angle in WWE. Know he made his mark in TNA but don't feel he's been at the same level there the last while or so...

Small | Large

Jack Swagger, who I do like as a performer, feels like a bad imitation of Angle a lot of the time unfortunately. Kurt is probably the biggest star WWE let slip away.

Another big one who got away, or I guess he made his own choice really - definitely seems to walk to the beat of his own drum, and WWE never seemed to know how to use right anyway:

WWF wasn't the only place to get a bit weird, recall Jason the Terrible in Stampede fascinating me as a kid, wasn't even familiar with the Friday the 13th movies then...

Stampede was the one with Jason the Terrible? Wow.  I recall seeing that years ago, wasn't sure which promotion.  I remember a group in the '60s having a wrestler named George Ringo, the Wrestling Beatle.  But...I don't think there's video of it.

Angle is great, and definitely a top-ten type of wrestler.  Shame his 'personal' issues went down like they did.  RVD may be in WWE again soon.  Apparently his contract with TNA is up soon and he's got some friends at WWE.
