WtfFilm reviews the obscure Toho film BLUE CHRISTMAS [1978]

Directed by Kihachi Okamoto (SWORD OF DOOM [1966] and KILL! [1968]), this hard-to-see Japanese sci-fi drama ranks as one of the stranger major studio productions I've ever come across.  UFO's are sighted on Earth and encounters with them inexplicably cause people's blood to turn blue.
