Oh yeah, lets fight.  Next to the jungle gym after class.     I really don't like the song.  I think he was capable of a lot more.

I'm looking over the list for our Christmas pot luck dinner and someone wrote down that they'll bring, "Whipped cream."

That's it, that's all they wrote.

And I'm thinking, "Whipped cream?!?  That's not a dessert, that's what you put ON a dessert.  That's like me saying I'm bringing sprinkles."

I remember back in the 1970's, they had watches they claimed were accurate to within one second a month.  The quartz crystal - ain't it magnificent?    So here we are in 2008 and my DVD recorder loses about 30 seconds a week.  Real nice if you forget to reset it every few weeks - using the timer program feature means you'll miss the first few minutes of whatever you record.

Did they lose that technology that allowed them to make accurate clocks?  And don't even get me started on computer clocks.
