For some reason, "Going the Distance" is being touted as Christina Applegate's Big Screen Debut...

How could anybody forget "Streets" or "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead", or that Will Farrell movie? I'm sure some people would like to forget, & wish everyone else would, but it's public record now, with lot's of screen caps all over the web.

I think there was really only one reason to remember Streets (move your hands, dammit!  Move your hands!), but I gotta give her credit for trying to break out of her Married With Children image on that one.

Here's what I don't get... I do a search on Google for an image.  I look through the results, see an image that matches what I'm looking for, I click on it, and the thumbnails appears, but below, where the webpage should be, it says, "Page not available."

Okay, if the page has been deleted, then how is it Google still has the thumbnail?  Or does Google, like auto-store thumbnails for just every image it has in its server?

Not at all relevant, but this is the "random thoughts" thread: the woman who wrote the screenplay for "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead" was one of my teachers.

You know what's disappointing? When you're just getting into a series that toes the line in terms in good taste, and then one episode goes well beyond your moral limits and renders you incapable of feeling any sympathy or empathy for any of the main characters. Especially if you recommended the series based on the previous episodes.
