QuoteI'd have to second Adam Sandler and toss Will Ferrell in with him.  The fine application of a steamroller to them and their films would be fitting.
Adam Sandler isn't funny...nothing he has ever done will be funny...nothing he will ever do will be funny.  Will Ferrell I liked in Elf...other than that, nothing much.  I'm not a fan of that whole 90s SNL crowd in general.

Nightmare Before Christmas.  People's jaws drop when I tell them I hate this film.  I also get the, "YOU of all people should LOVE this film" reaction.

Theres more...I just have to think of them.

True Romance...what's the point.

Pulp Fiction...I just can't get into it.

GOOD WILL HUNTING:  It just feels to me that they took FIVE EASY PIECES and slapped a happy-face pop-psychology ending on it.

I'm sure plenty of people hate THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT, but around these parts I sometimes feel alone disliking it.  Even those people who find it hard to watch seem to think it has "historical value", which I really don't see.

Movies people thought I would love but I hated:

ARMAGEDDON
NATURAL BORN KILLERS
HOUSE OF A 1000 CORPSES
THE DEVIL'S REJECTS
HALLOWEEN (2007)
PSYCHO (1998)

Sure there's more from the past two and half decades in particular.

wow. That's a bold statement
But then I'm a die hard tarantino fan of his early stuff. He went through a funk but made a comeback for me with death proof. True romance, see i love a good mexican standoff

I love Reservoir Dogs and Jackie Brown. I'm not a Quentin hater.

I don't think I like a single Hitchcock film.  People usually are shocked at that.

Lord of the Rings.  Really don't see the need for the hype.  Then again, I never read the books, and most definitely have much better things to do than spend 4 hours watching the kid from The Goonies run around the woods looking for a fu*king ring.

GOOD WILL HUNTING annoys the sh!t outta me... LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT the nadir of popular cinema, the lowest point in mainstream film, and very important for so being (include any and all sarcasm you will, but it's nevertheless true) is a film I have often espoused hatred  :hatred: for.  One of a few reasons I don't like ROB ZOMBIE.  He doesn't get TOBE HOOPER, but thinks like WES CRAVEN with none of CRAVEN's artistry, originality, insight or humor.

Fortunato!!!  Haven't seen you in a year and a half... yes I poked 'round and saw your recent postings, but really you haven't been 'round in a long time!!  I'm the one who hates ANGEL HEART (who knows? maybe now I'd appreciate it....) the one who remembers and appreciates your reappearance.
And I think A RIVER RUNS THROUGH IT is as boring as BROKEmyBACKtryingtoMOUNTEM

I'd agree with those two.

Oh, Rear Window is rubbish.

Scream - absolutely hate that movie.  Neve Campbell's character makes me want to kill her myself.  Then another equally unlikable reporter character showed up and that was all I could take.
