Preparing to go for a check up with my diabetes.  I never like these as they involve a Hemoglobin A1C and I never enjoy hearing the results.  Sadly, I have to do that tomorrow morning because the lab didn't have any available appointments 'til the day after.

It's in the 70 degree range here and it's supposed to get up into the 80's a bit later today. About time after all the rain we got. Thank God the rain stopped too, I need to get out there are cut the grass today.

Anyway, I'm just chilling in the library watching the rain outside.
I'm rather content.

I just made some pasta (thin spaghetti style) and threw some butter in, with some mixed veggies, and threw a bit of fresh garlic in (as butter and garlic go well together) and finished it with some fresh black pepper.  Not one of my greater efforts, but tastes very good nonetheless. I'm no Gordon Ramsey, but I do pretty good.
