Dreamt I was arrested by the Feds on some pretext. As I was doing the perp walk (in the Capitol, for some reason) I saw my congressman (Thomas Massie) and called out to him that I was the victim. He reluctantly and awkwardly defended me to the press on a technicality about my arrest, while suggesting I still might be guilty.

But it was a disturbing nightmare...

That wasn't necessary, I wasn't offended. Just a bit surprised. I can see how someone might have thought my dream was more absurd than scary. In the dream I was more outraged and ready to fight the charges than frightened.

Here's a little bit of a dream you can safely laugh at: I dreamed the Pope died and Conan O'Brien was elected the new Pope.

Not sure why my dreams are reflecting current events so much now, they never used to, and I'm actually following the news less than I was five or ten years ago.

I don't think I've ever dreamed of any of you guys before, but last night I dreamed that Trevor had lived in the building next door to me for the past 13 years (I think it was that length of time? that's how long I've lived at my current place), but I'd never even spoken to him face to face, or invited him round for a coffee. we only chatted on here. this was really bugging me as I woke up

I had to catch a flight and was getting my stuff together. However, I was sharing a flat with Bollywood star Ranveer Singh, and he was having a boisterous party. I had great trouble finding my shirts because there were partying people everywhere and I feared I might miss the flight.

I never expected Ranveer Singh to show up in my dreams.

I don't think I've ever dreamed of any of you guys before, but last night I dreamed that Trevor had lived in the building next door to me for the past 13 years (I think it was that length of time? that's how long I've lived at my current place), but I'd never even spoken to him face to face, or invited him round for a coffee. we only chatted on here. this was really bugging me as I woke up 

I take milk and four sugars with my coffee or if it's tea, no milk with about three sugars thanks 😆😊😃😄🐢

Also I need to borrow a washing machine 😉

Dreamed I went to a park where they put on so-bad-they're-good one act plays all day. One was a cowboy movie acted by little kids. I made a joke to one of the actors that maybe he should try acting again after he graduated high school, and his mom chastised me.

last night had yet another dream where I arrive at an imaginary record store shortly before it's closing...  as I walked into this one I heard the owner say to a customer "we're closing soon, you've got 27 point 5 minutes left"... wtf?

this store had rows and rows of VHS tapes. only a few CDs

Years ago I proposed that we should have a B movies fest in South Africa where everyone brings two or three of their fave bad movies and we hold screenings. 😁😁

I dreamed last night that I was back in my hometown, driving around in the dark, looking at nothing in particular and the person sitting next to me was completely in shadow and I couldn't see a face 😳😳😳

Reminds me of the time I was posting at another U.S. forum in the 2000s. They would do yearly meetups over weekends, booking rooms at hotel/motels (this was before Airbnb). A few guys flew in from Canada, and one guy who was living in Greece also came to these meetups.

They did this for like 4 or 5 years, with about roughly 50 people attending. It was usually an alcohol fueled weekend, ending with a big BBQ in a park.

Forum drama in the early 2010s put an end to that, and the forum was eventually shut down some time later.

I was mostly a lurker there but they seemed to have had lots of fun at these meetups.
