     This is astoundingly bad, even if they were spoofing the sub-genre; Trace and I were saying, "Oh, come ON!" about every five minutes or so.

I watched that quite a while ago and got a kick out of it.  It had hot babes in it, so automatic 4/5 on my rating scale

Even with all the T&A and hilariously bad dinosaur sock puppets ... meh.  Its heart was in the right place but it couldn't pull together.

I watched it admittedly for the scantily clad cave women, but it was the dinosaurs I really recognized.  That's the Deinonychus and T-Rex from Roger Corman's Carnosaur movies.  Funny to think of those films as a shared universe.  Somewhere woman in bikinis fight the beast in a soft core comedy, where elsewhere in the same world, people fighting the dinosaurs are getting brutally killed by them.
