Weird fish creatures attack people on a boat?

So, I remember hearing about this movie, I think it has multiple titles, where these people are out on a boat and they have engine trouble (or some such) and they come across a yacht that seems abandoned.  They go onboard and they're picked off by these weird mutant fish things.  I think the fish things put their eggs into people ala alien and that causes whoever swallowed an egg to eventually burst open and a fish thing to emerge.  There's a scene where a guy eats some food on the yacht and, later, while having sexing with his girlfriend, his skull kind of pops open and the fish creature emerges.  (Needless to say, his girlfriend is freaked out by this.)

Several of the scenes were filmed in a "blue filter" vision, presumably to sell the fog affects or something, I don't know.

And no, it's not Humanoids from the Deep (the original or the remake).  That I know for sure.
