Well, could be. Usually it shows movies that are looked up the most at the moment commonly new releases or due to current happenings like Contagion (2011) or Outbreak (1995) are listed higher than usual for obvious reason.
There are plenty of adult european movies but that Tinto Brass one has been showing up for months. A DVD was released in 2003 followed by a blu-ray in 2013 so technically its not a new release. The original title is Così fan tutte which is the same name as Mozart's opera. Maybe there's a connection there, or maybe it is for the ass f**king after all lol.
