Today is TONY WILLIAMS birthday - Raffine.

I know.  Bluesad
He would have been almost a year older than me. I met him on the Classic Horror Film Board before I even joined this one. A very good man, and a fellow Monster Kid.

Crazy 4 Wednesdays this year: Jan 6 was the insurrection, Jan 13 was the impeachment, Jan 20 was the inauguration, and now Jan 27 was the common folk/Reddit taking on Wall Street.

Fun Fact! Frozen dog poop hidden under three inches of snow can be amazingly sharp when you slide into it.

Talked to my mom today, she's sixty, and she said she's been getting eye-strain lately from reading off her phone at night, and I said, "Gee, Mom, sounds like you're finally feeling your thirties, huh?"

The woman's ability not to age just ain't natural. She'd never have survived a Puritan witch hunt.

That’s not a fun fact; it’s more of a disgusting fact.

It'd be fun to see Hitler sliding into it.

I volunteer at a food bank and I have to say, we're seeing more and more suburban middle-class families than ever coming in for help. Lately the need seems to have exploded.

It is amazing, isn't it?  I realize I'm fortunate.  I'm not hungry.

Today is International "Have Ice Cream For Breakfast Day," and all I can say is, God bless whatever philanthrope thought that up!

On the heels of him defining the theretofore unknown concept of a "brojob" for me last month, my twenty-one-year-old second cousin today explained to me what a demisexual is, which is something I find interesting. (It is basically someone who claims he or she must feel emotionally bonded with another person before sexual attraction can exist.) Is it usual to have someone half your age as your go-to person to inform you of what sexual terms mean?  Question
