Try using a lump of sacrificial metal that will 'donate' particles to other metals to prevent corrosion in the first place. Can't remember which metals protect which other ones, but I wouldn't imagine it will be hard to find out.

Funny how the anniversary of the first national convention of The Republican Party was the same day that General Order No. 3 issued by Union Army General Gordon Granger While stationed in Galveston, TX became recognized as a national holiday......

It makes perfect sense to me. Juneteenth commemorates the delivery of the Emancipation Proclamation that unofficially began the Republican Party policy of freeing the slaves from their Democrat Party masters.  Cheers

^Yeah, I suppose, it just sorta makes it seem like a last minute thing in a lot of ways, especially when it turns out to be another thing that Trump tried to get done that democrats were opposed to, then pull a one-eighty on it to make Biden look good.....^

^That's another thing... They coulda' come up with a better name for it, like Order #3 Day or 4G day (for General Gordon Granger from Galveston).... Even the people who refuse to call it Independence Day still call it July 4th..... A name like Juneteenth just leaves me scratching my head.......^

Order 3 Day...yeah. That sounds cool.  4G Day sounds even cooler.  ( by the way- this ain't about Gen. Granger- it's about black folks-you gotta take one of the only black holidays- and make it about a white guy?)
And if you say " Why arn't there all white holidays?"- There are. It's called Independence Day. Because that only applied to white males. Lookingup
I'm scratching my head wondering why you even give a f**k what it's called.
You say your hero Trump wanted it- now you got it!
Do a little dance! Make a little love! Get down tonight!  Drink

I wonder if the Empire or the Jedi ever observed Order 66 day?  Question

Eh, the Empire probably either celebrated the day Jar Jar Binks gave Palpatine emergency powers in episode 2, or the day Palpatine changed the name to The Empire in episode 3.....

My Ma once hit a guy with her car in downtown Manhattan.
Some moron stood in front of her car and demanded her to stop. She stepped on the gas.
