He funded his entire presidency run on loans the first time around. I'd guess he did the same for the second and needs to pay it all back. Plus he is a money whore and there and plenty of gullible people out there who will send him cash.

what is it about modern jails where the cameras never seem to work? is it an issue related to humidity or perhaps mold spores

In all honesty, people would be shocked if they knew how rarely security cameras are fully operational (generally they cost a lot to repair and no one seems to want to pay to keep them working all the time). Still, even then sometimes it feels suspicious.

I used to get emails from the 2016 Trump campaign begging for money. I eventually wrote back that I was going to donate $5 to John Kasich every time they emailed me. The emails stopped.
