I see someone's uploaded the whole film to Youtube and I'd like to watch it.

Any thoughts, any advice, any moments I should look out for?

It's got David Niven and Sharon Tate.
Run of the mill semi horror movie.

The only reason it's remembered is because it features future Manson murder victim Sharon Tate.
Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)

I'll give it a look, thanks.

Sharon Tate was really beautiful.

SHARON TATE was unbelievably beautiful.  I saw bits of VALLEY OF THE DOLLS the other night and that gal had the most stunning figure with long legs like CYD CHARISSE!!

I agree with RC not so much an actress.

EYE OF THE DEVIL is her first attempt and perhaps her only true acting performance extant.  Unfortunately, that is not saying that much.  The film itself is... silly.  And boring.  And dumb.  DAVID NIVEN's lowest moment maybe, but I don't know DEBORAH KERR's filmography as well, so it could be her lowest moment... I like it's motionlessness somewhat.  Somewhat a bore.

Sharon was already well known for being a "it" girl before she was killed. MGM did a mini-docu on her when she joined the cast of Eye of the Devil.

Sharon never claimed to be a great actress, but she was trying. She got praise for her performance (and presence) in Valley of the Dolls and The Wrecking Crew.

She was only getting started when she was killed by a gang of lowlife idiots. Would have been interesting to see had she had made "Tess" with Polanski.
Is it October yet?

I thought her only stand out movie was the FEARLESS VAMPIRE KILLERS...but again, because she was so lovely.

Got TCM?    Short promo films were once quite common.  Though I think she might have been forgotten if it weren't for her murder, sadly.
And no one ever claims to be a "great actor..."  Unless, of course, you're trump...
