If you can catch them,the ones I think you might like are Barbarian, All Jacked Up and Full of Worms (very nasty John Waters vibe), X (basically a modern 70s slasher), The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent (Nic Cage), and Everything Everywhere All at Once (Michelle Yeoh)

I noticed on Wikipedia that they list only films released in the USA. Likely I seen more that are not listed from all years.
I'm sure VAMPIRE DOLL (1970) is not listed in the films on wikipedia.
