I slept eight hours, rare for me to get that much, but woke up feeling more tired than when I went to bed. Had a dream about a murder mystery that seemed to end when it was revealed the killer, a rich old woman, had paid for a witness to go live in Paris, which somehow proved her guilt.

Generally fairly well, although only for 3 or 4 hours a night.

I track my sleep and I average 8 hours per night, sometimes a little less on weekdays and a little more on weekends. Of course, I usually wake up briefly about 3 times per night, I rarely have a deep unbroken sleep.

I don't either! is it just aging that does that? I have come to refer to the way I pass most nights as "slot-sleeping" because I'll wake up for a while a couple times before I can get back to sleep.

I slept soundly enough, but apparently I rested on my left side in a way that left my shoulder hurting all day.
that's when you know you're old - when you hurt yourself by sleeping wrong!

Straight through, I think, because unlike most nights, I can't remember anything between lying down and waking up, not even dreams.

I've had serious sleep issues since 2020. A few months ago, someone at work recommended Melatonin. I tried it and it actually works for me. Been sleeping much better.
Is it October yet?
