Evil Clutch (1988)

When an Italian movie can't find theatrical distribution in Italy in the 1980s (in a time when they threw everything at the screen), you know you are dealing with a special kind of bad

Is it October yet?

That's a "nice" comment?!?!?!  :bouncegiggle: I love the idea for this thread, though. I could say something nice about EVIL CLUTCH, too, but I actually like it.

Okay... NOSFERATU (2024)! Simon McBurney does such a good job as "Herr Knock" aka Renfield that he had me convinced until the closing credits (as there are no opening ones) that he was Andy Serkis in old man prosthetics.  :tongueout: Okay, it's not really a bad movie and I could probably say a dozen nice things about it. I just didn't like it much. I'll think of a worse movie though that I like even less.

the Tall Man was really well made and the director, who made Martyrs, certainly knows what he's doing, but the theme/ point was a bad one and not true at all.

The Shape of Things to Come (1979).

Some of the model work is quite good.  They're just filmed very badly.

Invictus (2009) had a great cast and director.
The Shining (1980) had some truly scary moments.
District 9 (2009) Sharlto Copley's performance was great as were the visual FX.
Von Ryan's Express had humor.

Lost Horizon (1973)

The music and the cinematography were nice.
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

Rev. Powell

Sharknado

Cassie Scerbo was extremely hot in this AND seemed to be the only cast member who was really trying.

I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Christa Ricci was the only person who didn't embarrass themselves in Bucky Larson

her performance is the only positive in this piece of s**t
Kubrick, Nolan, Tarantino, Wan, Iñárritu, Scorsese, Chaplin, Abrams, Wes Anderson, Gilliam, Kurosawa, Villeneuve - the elite

I had no idea she was in BUCKY LARSON. She must've had a rough patch before WEDNESDAY and YELLOWJACKETS...

The Crater Lake Monster has a really cool stop motion dinosaur.
