I used to have a friend in Austin who said if he took a nap in the afternoon he was almost guaranteed of having a sleep paralysis episode that night (complete with the Old Hag kneeling on his chest). I've never been able to pinpoint any triggers for my own incidents of night terrors but I have the strongest feeling I'm going to have one tonight, so I think I'll go up and say goodnight and then sleep downstairs.
