How's the weather?

Currently it's 43° F (just over 6° C) right now here in Minneapolis and it's nice and sunny out.

Unfortunately we're supposed to get hit with a winter storm over the next couple days and the temperatures are supposed to nose-dive again.

Like we've skipped into March, under cloudless vivid blue skies. I spent the mid part of the day in the forest working on our henge with my son, and saw my first little snake of the year under some stones. It felt life-enhancingly great to be outside.

Yesterday morning the streets were just a sheet of ice when I left the house pre 08:00. It took some concentration not to slip. Today was a nice morning and I was going to go for a walk along the beach but we had short bursts of really nice weather interrupted by heavy rainfall. It must have snowed overnight and the last time I looked out the window it was snowing again.

It rained here a few minutes ago: either that or it was someone peeing on my roof

I had a helluva a time checking the mail, taking out both the trash and recycling

It rained so hard today I saw fish holding umbrellas!

-7°C at night, around 8°C during the day. Lots of sun which I find distracting. I prefer my cold days to be overcast.

13°C, the warmest day of the year in my neck of the woods so far.

I was looking up how the weather was in Germany in February 2022. It said it was the 5th warmest in history. Average temp is +4.1°C, we had an average of +4.5°C, twice as much rain, and 11 more hours of sunshine than usual.

We also had two hurricanes (cat 1) with up to 100.41 mph winds.

The weather here's very strange: feels like we're having an early winter and it's still summer

Yeah. We didn't have any kind of real winter. For a couple of years. It's very strange.

It's like May, I like it.   BUT GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE SUX

We were supposed to have severe thunderstorms and possible tornadoes.  We got the tornadoes, but the rain wasn't as severe as it was thought to be in my area.  Oh yea, we hardly ever get tornadoes and now we had one go through part of the city on both sides of the lake.
