I've heard of Bernd das Brot, but never actually watched it. Google says he was created in 2000, so he's about a decade too late for Night of the Living Bread.

I've seen the short film, and judging from Bernd's pictures, no cameo there.

I even checked whether Belgium has its own talking bread mascot, but apparently not. Not even a waffle?
