^^ I recall Netflix streaming The Bubble, a COVID-themed comedy film directed by Judd Apatow. Released on April 1, 2022, it follows a cast and crew trapped inside a pandemic hotel "bubble" while trying to finish a fictional dinosaur sequel called Cliff Beasts. Social media was outraged ("TOO SOON!") and it seemed like everyone hated it.

Then there was Stuck Together (8 Rue de l'Humanité), a French comedy film directed by Dany Boon about quirky neighbors dealing with the Paris lockdown. It got so-so reviews.

The truth is the percentage of budgets spend on military matters is generally a tiny percentage (2 to 5% of most national budgets). The world's largest arms company makes about 65 billion US dollars in sales per year, compared to 500 billion in sales for a company like Amazon.
