There have been rumors of Punk possibly leading a new nWo style stable. Would be interesting if Punk were aligned with all those guys he named way back when...don't think Punk honestly needs a manager as bad as Swagger does though. Punk can talk with the best of 'em.

Since last night I've been really enjoying the idea of a Brock Lesnar and CM Punk team.

With Heyman as the mouth, Punk & Lesnar could be great.

Maybe get Cesaro in there and a few others.

#918
In an ideal world, I'd love to see a group that included Punk, Lesnar (who obviously would only pop in on occasion), Jack Swagger, Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho, all current and former World champs. They could even call themselves The Best in the World and who would argue with that? Of course that's perhaps too many huge stars for one group though. Or perhaps Punk could form some type of Youth Rising ROH inspired group in WWE with him, Bryan, maybe Seth Rollins and a few others. Also guys like Drew McIntyre, Tyler Reks could perhaps be the muscle for the group. Or maybe they'll go with another group of champions/former champions - Punk, Lesnar, Cesaro, Miz and the Prime Time Players (presumably future tag champs).

Apparently Jerry Lawler's collapsed at ringside tonight...'not part of the show.'

Hopefully all works out. :buggedout:

I got a real bad feeling about this.  :bluesad:

So last night CM Punk legit attacked a fan.

Who's at fault 3 people I think: Punk for obvious reasons, security for not making a  clear path for Punk in the crowd and allowing fans to get that close to him since he stupidly turned heel, the fan to touched him.

They've gone about it all wrong that's for sure. Punk should have spent a long time turning heel very gradually but no, they just turned him automatically. I really think they turned Punk because he was essentially a threat to Cena's top spot as company poster boy. But you know I find Cena becoming more and more unlikable despite all of Punk's efforts to make himself a dastardly evil heel. WWE so obviously has painted Punk as an heel and seem to refuse to let fans continue to cheer him on - they no longer seem to like those shades of gray that were once popular. Now we're supposed to like Cena, hate Punk and WWE brass doesn't seem to like it any other way. Honestly I would have preferred instead of what they've done had they turned Cena heel and keep Punk a straight babyface as that would have been a hell of a lot more interesting. Could have easily done it by having Cena get frustrated by his inability to defeat Punk and win the championship....Cena turning heel would have been huge. Punk turning full-on heel very quickly seems sadly anticlimactic. It could have been handled so much better.

Arda Ocal on "The Score" up here in Canada seemed to be hinting at Colt Cabana soon coming to WWE (not sure what he knows) and also hinting at stuff about Ric Flair as Raw is upcoming in North Carolina I believe....

I hear rumblings of Flair being GM and/or Ziggler's new management. Flair was supposed to GM months ago but TNA sued WWE.

As for Cabana, well, as long as he isn't his old character, it might work.

CM Punk's "Best in The World" dvd~anyone here NOT have it yet? I got it & watched 3 times already. Best WWE dvd in a couple years.

I'm planning on getting WWE's 'Attitude Era' 3-disc set and 'Top 50 Finishing Moves' set.
