Here's a hard one:



Judging from the image, I say it is a point and click game (I see the hand pointer) or an adventure game.  With the graphics, I estimate the game between the years of 92 to 98.  For sure a PC game.  I'm going to guess, Grim Fandango by Tim Schafer?
