Not a car movie, but it has one of the best all time car chase scenes.

5. STINGRAY
Saw this at a drive-in, way back when, and enjoyed the hell out of it.
It's kinda like a violent version of THE DUKES OF HAZZARD.
I wish someone would release it on DVD.

6. Goldfinger

Actually the Bond films are full of chases featuring lots of different types of vehicles. This one from Goldfinger featuring the specially enhanced by Q Aston Martin is quite a lot of fun and pretty exciting stuff.

I've attended quite a few demolition derbies in my lifetime, but I've never even heard of figure eight racing. Quite insane!
