I had this dream the other night the The Joker wasn't too happy about rioters & looters hitting Gotham, particularly this one guy who "claimed" places by urinating in public streets....

So the Joker stole a trolley, filled it with some chemical I couldn't pronounce (even though it was "my" dream, though I'm assuming he meant the same kind of acid that turned him into a pale skinned freak with Sardonicus), and at that point the dream changed over to some thing else...

You dream about rioters? I usually dream about finding money or sex...

Yeah, well, sometimes I can't help dreaming about performing unspeakable acts on people I don't like....

Or antiques (I'm a weird collector of old garbage.) Mostly old monster magazines, comic books, and junk furniture that looks like it's been in a barn since 1930, which it has.

 ^ I guess Andrew didn't like it. And it's his site- so he can do whatever he wants!  
To tell you the truth, I don't think it should have been taken down. I don't like censorship. In movies or in real life.

There have been long-lived political threads on this forum before.  Andrew always tolerated a lot, and I had not seen anything particularly hot unless it happened last night.  I know I posted a link the Atlantic Monthly story which paints an unflattering picture of the President.  I saw a couple of responses, but nothing at all out of line.  I am surprised that thread was removed.

You know this won't stop anything, right? It just will pop up in another thread, like it did in the 'confessional' thread.

It was nothing that you said that got it removed. Somebody else got fed up with the whole concept of how the 1st Amendment is supposed to work and handed in their ultimatum. Andrew obviously didn't like where the topic was going and yanked the whole thing.

I may have been a little too vague. Somebody else threatened to leave because they didn't like the fact that there are two sides to every heated debate, so Andrew put the whole fire out.
