When I retire this summer,  I think I'll have another baby. How many women can make that statement, eh?  Wink

This morning I came home, mad at my employers, and took my kids shopping at this really, really big store. Big. Huge. As in you could fit airplane hangers inside this place and still have room for the cast of Riverdance to do a show for the assembled population of a small Canadian city.

I said to my kids, let's see what the weirdest thing we can buy here is. We passed by Turkish hookahs and frozen goat testicles, and rattlesnake jerky, and gluten-free lingenberry pop-tarts, and finally decided the weirdest thing in the store was butter made from Siberian reindeer milk. (Um, cream. Not milk.)

How big was this store? Airplane hangers come in a variety of sizes.

Biggest store I’ve been in is probably an old Walmart Supercenter, one which they originally called Hypermart USA. Had a cool barrel arch from the entrances to the back of the store, going by memory.

Was it bigger than that? More than 250,000 sqft?

On the commercials they used to say, "....our sixteen acre wonderland..." However many square feet that works out to be, though it seems even bigger inside because it's labyrinthine.

That place is legendary. I've never been but if I'm ever up that way I'm going to make it a point to stop in for goat testicles.
