Apparently, in 2017, one college class' students protested the song & video because someone wore gold face paint: https://www.newsweek.com/steve-martins-king-tut-sketch-causing-controversy-one-college-campus-717418 They said it was like blackface, & an example of cultural appropriation.

Sounds like more folks are defending Steve Martin than finding offence in his work tho; so far this is just a bunch of hot air, not worth mentioning, unless you're a news agency getting clicks from culture wars. :/

Oh, & some people said it's not funny anymore, & that 70's comedy isn't as funny as what we have today. I disagree; modern comedy is often based on akward social situations. That doesn't make me laugh; it makes me cringe.

Much strangeness in the nooz today, I wasn't sure where to start..............

MyPillow guy jumped the gun on starting a new twitter account, banned a few hours later because he was banned for life, so clearly people are panicking over nothing...
Don't misunderstand, I've heard some of what Lindell has to say, & it's too far out for me.....

And Biden hired some weirdo who sings mary poppins spoofs to keep elon musk in check....

And David Hogg got in the nooz last week because he thought  he could take down mike lindell by starting his own pillow company, only to get overwhelmed & palm it off on one of his business partners...
I'm not sure why, but this made me think about EESpeaks, who created a bunch of educational board games for children on how to start a business... Thing is, in spite of their pro-capitalist learning toys, the folks at EESpeaks are liberals.....
Anyway, it might do Hogg some good to take a couple years off & go to junior college.....

Oh, and there's creepy dolls washing up on a Texas beach............

Two Thousand Mules came out over the weekend, and bootlegs & pirates are popping up all over the place, because everybody thinks it needs to be seen, but nobody thinks you should have to pay to see it, but everytime one of these pirates gets taken down, the QBalls scream censorship.....

I even tried explaining this, got called a karen, & had my post removed because they don't want it known they're sharing pirate crap....

Oh, and if you have to know, I haven't seen it myself, but I have been amusing myself reading the debunkers....
