I got arrested for trespassing one time (I actually had permission to be on the land, but the old caretaker had died and the new one didn't know me).
I spent about two hours at the county jail, and a call to the judge got me released with no charges.
That was enough for me, though.  Never have been back.

^I have been in jail over 30 times. Not fun. Never a felony! Just stupid s**t as a result of being drunk out of my mind.
I got arrested once for beating the s**t out of a garbage can. I got arrested for sleeping inna doorway. I got arrested for a pot roach. I got arrested for drunk driving. Twice

Most of the others were for breaking probation for the dumb s**t I got arrested for in the first place.
I didn't give a f**k when I was young. I kinda do now. Jail sucks.
The longest I ever spent in jail was 45 days- so hey!

Infamously detained for a few hours by Dublin police over a misunderstanding on the last day of 2004, never arrested or jailed in a cell with bars.

Yes, I was in jail as a scofflaw (failure to pay a citation for over a year). Like Indy, the experience was horrendous enough that I determined to never go back.
