It's called "Big Bad Wolf" and is a kinda non-traditional werewolf film.  Probably the neatest twist on a very hackneyed genre is the fact that the werewolf can TALK, even in beast form, and he has a wicked cruel streak - taunting his victims as he shreds them.  Anybody else see this one?

heard about it and need to pick it up to rent, i was gonna buy it but i thought id hold off and see it first. thing is im so damn busy so i gottq make some time to swing by blockbuster.

One of the other Marines just mentioned this one to me this morning.  He talked about a scene with a young couple making out.  The guy wants sex, the girl does not want to give in, but after she goes into a different part of the house the werewolf goes her doggy style and then kills her.  Apparently, the boyfriend is a bit upset, because she was a virgin and he was looking forward to that.  (I'd assume he subsequently gets et as well.)

The idea of a self conscious and vile werewolf is interesting.

That scene was brutal!!!  She's in the other room when they hear the Big Bad Wolf break in and her screaming, and her BF axes a hole in the door and looks through to see her being sexually assaulted and shouts something like:

"You monster!  She's a virgin!"  to which BBW replies - "Not anymore!!"

then he rips her throat out!  He is one VILE creature!

I see Richard Tyson is in it.  I enjoyed him as a grunting bully in THREE O'CLOCK HIGH and as a grunting cave-man in BATTLEFIELD EARTH, though he's gonna be the Duke of Clarence in some up-coming off-the-wall RICHARD III(!?!?).

...and holy crap...David Naughton!

This deserves a closer look.
