There is a reward system established for reporting people who fraud the system. My fiancee works at a technical school in the financial aid department and has to interview people all the time who tote that fraud around like a trophy, applying for financial aid and claiming they have no income while wearing expensive clothing and jewelry and carrying around $300 cell phones. Unfortunately neither of us can report the frauds because it would be a conflict of interest with her job. It p**ses her off as badly as when I'm at the grocery watching a situation like the one Grace mentioned where b***hy old Russian women in fur coats carrying Prada bags buy their food with EBT cards. I think nobody's willing to report them though because they're all married to Russian mobsters and after playing GTA IV, everybody knows not to tattle on Russian mobsters.
