Has anyone else seen this site? Can you imagine getting a call from Horshack or the Soup Nazi on your birthday?

Some people might think that this is totally cool.
And I respect their opinions.

But to me, this is stooping low...really low.
I wonder if the "celebrities" that are participating in this think the same thing.
I sure as hell would if I were a celebrity!

Well, most of the celebrities are pretty low level (Greg Evigan!).

Richard Hatch, though, is in the new Galactica series (though he's a supporting member).   That show is hot stuff these days...

So then I wouldn't be able to get a seductive call from, say, Kate Beckinsale? Good god, what is the point of living...

Andrea Thompson has sunk this low?  The Professor and Lou Ferrigno?

Not to mention Gigi Edgly! What is she doing among this crowd?

Lagomorphs: menace or underutilized resource?

I might pay $20 for a call from Erin Gray. Mmmm, Wilma Dearing. Biddy Biddy Biddy!

(clears throat and composes himself)

Russell Johnson might be fun, too, but in a different way.

Yeah, I'd love to get a call from a lot of people on that list.

I see this as being like a lot of 80s bands. Yeah, it's sad that their careers have slowed to the point where they're doing cheesy little gigs to make a few bucks, but at the same time, I still love their work. They're still celebrities in my mind, only now they're affordable and accessible.

Was thinking of buying one for my wife's birthday, but I doubt any of the ones listed would mean anything to her.

They did not list Richard Hatch's masterpiece PARTY LINE in his filmography.  I'm sure that would increase sales of his calls by a large margin.

(Yes, I have that on VHS).

Ugggggg.

He's doin' a good job in Galactica, though.

For many of those celebrities, I wouldn't call it "sinking down" so much as a lateral move...
