n00b here.
My collection of cult films is very meager right now. I can't afford to get B movies that aren't worth getting... if that even makes sense. I've searched top 10 lists and made my own lists, and occasionally on PBS they'll show a midnight movie... and titles are SWIMMING through my head.
I need the human touch. I'll stand there in Movie Trading Company with my list, and hold up an overpriced title, and set it back down and drive back home.
What parts of your collections are you most proud of?

Oh wow. I strut around playing like the expert, and I only recognized two of those titles. I hate myself.

No need to feel that way, weasel.  I myself have still got alot to learn.  I don't have much of a collection of B's either, so pretty much every one of them is on my "proud" list:

Vampyros Lesbos (1971)
THX 1138 (1971), yes I consider it a B movie.
Satan's Sadists (1969)
Phantasm (1977)
The Wicker Man (1973)
Death Race 2000 (1975)
Suburban Roulette (1968)

What can I say?  I love the 70's when it comes to trashy movies.

I started buying box sets of collections from Amazon. You can get a lot of bad movies from there in sets of 50 films for rather cheap. Just expect the quality of films to be on the awful side. I swear one set is so bad that most look like something that was failing grade student films. However some of the favorites I have are:
Jesus Christ: Vampire Hunter
Hard Rock Zombies
Cosmos: War of the Planets (it is really bad but I love to mock it)
Jive Turkey (another really bad film in the Blaxslpotation genre but funny to watch also)
Killer Klowns From Outer Space
My Bloody Valentine (1981 version not the 3D remake that came out this year)
Little Shop of Horrors (1960)

Mill Creek 25/50/100 movie packs are always a good library booster.

Welcome Weasel  Thumbup  I have a lot of movies currently collecting dust on the shelf.  Most of the stuff I watch  is rented online for the past few years.  I do own a copy of Skullduggery and Remote Control which are kind of rare finds.

Hello!
I think you should get one (or more) of the mill creek sets. It's cheap, and can provide hours of fun!(and pain)
I'd recommend the horror classics 100 pack.

The chilling classics set is also really good.

Welcome aboard the board.

I have to throw in my all-time favorite:  Blood Mania

Not a horror film, but it's a whacked out thriller with an insane performance by Maria DeAragon, who play Greedo in the original Star Wars movie back in 1978.

Other choices would be:

Three On A Meathook

Grizzly

Down & Dirty Duck

Ice Pirates
