Some hints and a couple more pics.

This hottie starred in dozens of TV shows from the late 70's to the mid 80's. This was one of 2 movies that she did nude scenes in.

The midget looks like Jerry Marens- the little confetti guy from the Gong Show series.Mebbe HOT MOVES (1984)?
